From the second I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed and at ease, and as someone who had never done an IV drip before, that meant everything. They took the time to walk me through every single treatment, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. You could just tell they actually know their stuff AND care about the people walking through their door. Honestly, the environment is so relaxing that I found myself just enjoying the conversations with the staff while getting my therapies done. That’s how good the energy is in there.
