5/5 would recommend. Most of the modalities they’re using at restore have been proven over and over again to be beneficial for our recovery from everyday living and exercise. The normatec compression sleeves really help reduce soreness and speed up recovery from exercise. The B vitamin and Glutathione IVs are proven to be beneficial. We’re still learning about what exactly cold therapy does for us but I felt like a million bucks after doing the cryotherapy. I’ve known Scott for years and he’s a great human being.
