Just went for the first time today and had the greatest experience! I did 45 minutes in the infrared sauna, a mini facial with Claire, and red light therapy. The sauna is just a single person one so it’s lovely to have the space to yourself. My skin feels so glowy even after just the mini! I’ll absolutely be back to try all the other offerings!
