great staff and great recovery session! i’ve had the amazing opportunity to have the compression sessions after races in kc, and my recovery genuinely improves SO much! i had the 60 min compression session the day after a race, full body cyro and red light therapy and these services helped SO WELL post heartland 30k!! i’m looking forward to going to the store more for all their AMAZING sessions!
