I found this place to be a favorite time of my day. I currently use the cryotherapy and red light. I absolutely love it. It’s helped a lot with my knees. When I leave there, I have that feeling like a day at the beach. I feel energized, distressed and happy. Not to mention the staff at the Zona Rosa location are the Best! They treat us like family not like a number. They really care and always go the extra mile with that customer service. Chris has an awesome team!
