This was my first time using the infrared sauna at Restore in Zona Rosa and I loved it! The staff was incredibly informative and took the time to walk me through each station so I knew exactly what they had to offer. The sauna itself was amazing — relaxing, clean, and such a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back to try the red light therapy & cryotherapy.
