I stopped in for the Defender IV at Restore because I was fighting a cold, and I felt a massive difference in my symptoms immediately after. The high-dose Vitamin C and Zinc really did the trick to get me back on my feet. Highly recommend if you’re starting to feel under the weather!

The first time I visited I checked out the red light therapy. It gave me sustained energy that i was unaware of until I realized that I was able to keep doing things around the house. I'm usually exhausted by the time I get home after running errands. Im on my second visit doing cryo and the infrared sauna. Im Looking forward to seeing the results as I have some errands and car repairs to do afterwards. The staff is great. They are Friendly and welcoming.

Stopped in to try and first time using the infrared sauna at Restore in Zona Rosa and I loved it! The staff was so helpful and welcoming, they were able to get me right in to try. The sauna itself was amazing — relaxing, clean, and such a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back to try other services and more.

Absolutely fell in love with the facility and staff. Abby and Ashley were phenomenal greeters and ensured a smooth service. Katie and Mikayla are just as great.
