5/5 would recommend. Most of the modalities they’re using at restore have been proven over and over again to be beneficial for our recovery from everyday living and exercise. The normatec compression sleeves really help reduce soreness and speed up recovery from exercise. The B vitamin and Glutathione IVs are proven to be beneficial. We’re still learning about what exactly cold therapy does for us but I felt like a million bucks after doing the cryotherapy. I’ve known Scott for years and he’s a great human being. This was one of the best recovery studios I’ve ever been inside of. They have everything you could ever need as a dancer, athlete, or every day person looking for some sort of recovery or immunity coverage with their IV’s. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful the entire time but also not overbearing. I would go here bi weekly if I had one near my university!

I wasn’t feeling very well, low energy and just tired. I went to Restore at the recommendation of a co worker for an IV Drip, I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for but thankfully the ladies there were extremely knowledgeable, I was shown essentially a menu of everything they offered, and the nurse there took the time to explain what everything is and the benefits of certain IVs and we were able to customize the IV Drip to fit my needs. Everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful, and while I was getting my IV they checked on me multiple times to ensure I was comfortable. I strongly recommend Restore and I will be going back!
