I had an incredible experience here! I tried cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, hip compression, red light therapy, and the infrared sauna. Every service left me feeling refreshed and restored. The staff was amazing from start to finish, so welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to try out their core wellness services, and I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

I found this place to be a favorite time of my day. I currently use the cryotherapy and red light. I absolutely love it. It’s helped a lot with my knees. When I leave there, I have that feeling like a day at the beach. I feel energized, distressed and happy. Not to mention the staff at the Zona Rosa location are the Best! They treat us like family not like a number. They really care and always go the extra mile with that customer service. Chris has an awesome team!
